  •    Mingle with fellow screenwriters

  •      Meet industry professionals

  • Hear your work out load and receive feedback

The IAWTV is looking for writers (IAWTV Members get priority) who want to present up to 10 pages of their web series,

and we invite actors who can revolutionize the words on the page. This is a fantastic opportunity for writers

to hear a table read of their script and for actors to practice cold reading material.

PLEASE BRING PRINTED COPIES OF YOUR SCRIPT. There will need to be enough copies for each character and a narrator.

You're also welcome to be an observer and offer your thoughtful critiques.

Limited to 15 people, so please RSVP ASAP (and please un-RSVP if your plans change!):

When: 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 27th
Where: Idle Hour (The Bulldog Room on the Back Patio)
4824 Vineland Ave
Los Angeles, CA 91601

This event is always FREE for IAWTV Members, ACTORS and anyone who wants to observe.

Non-member WRITERS who have pages to present will incur a $10 fee.

(Your first $10 fee may be applied toward an IAWTV membership.)

Payment via PayPal at Billing@iawtv.org. Thank you!

TV Pilot Scripts Downloads

If you want to learn how to write a TV pilot, the first step is to read TV pilot scripts. Back in the old days, you had to have a friend working at an agency to slip you scripts if you wanted to read pilot script examples.  Now, you can find them on the internet.
